Webex Suite

Webex Suite provides our most comprehensive offer for an integrated calling and collaboration experience. It includes full featured calling capability, and enables the user with access to a physical handset and / or a soft phone that operate standalone with the Webex App, or can be integrated with Microsoft Teams for a rich calling experience. Webex Calling enables use of call queues, callbacks and central analytics; as well as team messaging and the ability to host 1,000 participant meetings with the ability to record meetings. Advanced meeting capabilities include closed captions, real time transcription, Cisco AI Assistant, and live polling and Q&A with Slido. As with our other packages, it includes a UK 01 or 02 number with free external calls.

Contract Period: 1 Month. Billing Period: Monthly

The cost shown is for one user license aligned to the Billing Period. Our Provisioning Team will organise a Direct Debit (or similar) collection method with you in order to collect any call usage and future user billing until the user license is terminated.

Packages that include inclusive (free) calls are subject to our Fair Usage Policy and include calls to UK Geographic (01, 02, 03 destinations) and UK Mobile (07 - fm1,3,4,5,6 destinations). Calls to UK 03 numbers cannot be more than 15% of the total Geographic (01 , 02) minutes otherwise these calls may be chargeable. Early Termination Fees apply for users terminated early in annual or 2 year contracts.
